Choir, Band, and Orchestra Concerts are the result of months of preparation during and outside of school.  Encore Video Productions is proud to provide videography services to local schools to help their Directors and Students review their performances and keep a lasting memory of these memorable events.

The Filming

For each Concert, we will provide a 2-3 camera set-up (depending on the amount of students involved) with 1-2 videographers.  This allows for many different angles and shots to be used to provide excellent footage of every student.  The videographer(s) will arrive one to one and a half hours before the scheduled start of the concert to set up and film the students arriving and preparing for the concert.  Once the Concert commences, it will be filmed in its entirety.  Following the final song, the videographer(s) will then film for one half hour capturing the post-concert activities such as the students being congratulated by their friends and family.

The Final Product

The final video will include a pre-concert music video comprised of the footage filmed before the concert.  This footage will be edited behind the original version of a song that was performed during the concert.  For example, if your Concert Choir performed "Trashin' The Camp" from Tarzan, we may use the original as the pre-show music selection.  The Concert will then be smoothly edited between the 2-3 cameras.  The post-show footage will be creatively edited to an additional song that was performed in the concert.  The final product will also include personalized titles, menus, and artwork for the DVD and case.  Everything will be personalized to commemorate the event even down to the colors we use in the casing and titles. 

Pricing

The best part about hiring Encore Video Productions is that you may not even have to pay a penny from your schools pocket!  We sell copies of the Concert to your students, parents, and audience for $25 a copy plus $3 shipping.  We require a minimum sale of 18 copies to cover our production costs.  As long as your school sells 18 copies, the school will not be charged anything to use our services.  If there are not 18 copies sold, the school will be charged for the remaining copies.  They will then receive those remaining copies to do with as they please.  The 18 orders must be postmarked by 2 weeks after the initial performance is filmed to be counted towards the minimum.  We will provide order forms in a pdf format to the school at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the performance. 

Fundraising 

Another great opportunity you receive by choosing Encore Video Productions is our built-in fundraiser.  If your school sells 20 or more copies within 2 weeks after the Graduation date, you will receive 10% of those profits (minus the $3 shipping charges)!  So if there are 50 orders placed for your performance, you will receive $125 just for hiring Encore Video Productions.  This is our way of giving back to the music programs.  This offer is included with every school that chooses Encore Video Productions to film their Concerts.
